Welcome to Thayer Elementary School! We are excited about what this school year has to offer. This is my third year at Thayer – I taught PE and Health for twelve years, before serving as an Assistant Middle School Principal for six years. I also coached boys’ basketball at every level for eighteen years. Overall, this is my twentieth year in education and I can't think of another school I had rather be a part of than Thayer Elementary. We have a top-notch staff, supportive parents, and amazing students!
We are committed to providing our students with a quality education. Our primary goals at Thayer Elementary School are to:

- Ensure that our students receive quality instruction each day.
- Be a positive example or role model to our students every day.
